Cancellation Policy


Cancellation request must be received at least 5 days prior to the start of the program in order to receive a full refund. All programs require a minimum number of participants. If registration numbers are too low, ages/grade levels may be combined and/or the program may be cancelled. If the program is cancelled, you will have the option to receive your refund as a credit against your Waterford Recreation account or payment can be refunded back to you in the original form it was received. 
For Youth Sports (Fall Soccer/Spring Soccer/Basketball): Any request to cancel registration after registration deadline may result in no refund or a partial refund if spot is filled.
