2026 Fall Co-ed Youth Soccer (4K - 6th Grade) (26-27 School Year)

REGISTRATION FORMAT
The registration options are based off which day of practice you prefer for your child. Please register your child(ren) for the day that works best for them to practice. This will make things much easier when we form teams because we form teams based off their preferred day(s) of practice before we check friend/coach requests. IF more than one day works, please still register them for the ONE day you prefer, but during the registration process, you will be asked if any other days work. To make sure teams have an even number of players at each grade level, your child(ren) may be moved to a different day, but it would be a day that you indicated would also work. If you want a specific coach or friend, please make sure that coach or friend you are requesting are also registered for the same practice day.
Youth Sports Software
TeamSnap will be used to communicate league updates and will allow coaches to communicate with parents directly through the app and parents can also see team rosters, practice schedules and game schedules all through the app. Also, Coaches will have access to sports drills to use during practices and they are also age/grade specific. Once registration ends and rosters are formed, parents will receive an email from TeamSnap. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN OUR REGISTRATION SYSTEM IS CORRECT AS THAT EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE USED IN TEAMSNAP.
Structure
Practices: Practices will start the week of September 14th. Teams will practice once a week throughout the entire duration of the season. Practice day/time will be determined by the volunteer coaches. Practices are 1 hour in duration. That information will be sent out once rosters are finalized.
Team Structure and Formation: We will form teams based on the number of participants registered. Teams will be formed based first on what day of practice you indicate your child is able to practice. We will then try to form teams based off coach/team mate requests as best as possible. Our leagues are Co-ed and the goal is to have a 4K, 5K, 1st/2nd Grade, 3rd/4th Grade and 5th/6th Grade Leagues. This is subject to change depending on registration numbers.
Game Times: Games will run on Saturdays between 9:00am-1:00pm.
Game Dates: 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31
Referees: 3rd-6th grade levels will have referees. We will also try to provide referees for 1st/2nd grade games, but it is not guaranteed.
General Information For All Grade Levels
Uniforms: All players will need rubber cleats and shin guards with long socks to cover them. All players will receive a team shirt/jersey.
Volunteer Coaches: All teams must have at least 1 volunteer coach. Volunteer coaches will pick the teams practice time on their designated day.
Picture Day(s): TBD
Cancelled Games: We will not cancel games due to rain. Games will only be cancelled if there is lightning or a heavy down pour that causes unsafe playing conditions. Cancelled games will not be made up.
Soccer Ball Sizes
We do not provide soccer balls for coaches, so please make sure your child has their own soccer ball.
4K & 5K: Size 3
1st-4th: Size 4
5th & 6th: Size 5
