THURSDAYS- JAN. 8, 15, 22, 29 FEB. 5, 12
Monday 6-7pm:
Vin/yin mix includes a combination of Vinyasa flowing postures with passive yin holding poses. Feel good flows that keep joints healthy and energy flowing freely, and holding poses that stretch muscles and create space in the body for health efficiency.
Thursday 6-7pm:
Restorative/yin mix is floor based, slow moving, longer holding poses. A class with more passive rather than active movements. Stretches that target connective tissue and shift the nervous system from fight or flight to rest and digest.
