Energizing Yoga Flow • Register • View Cart •

A practice to invigorate your whole body and boost energy levels through mindfulness, breath work, and postures accessible for all levels.  A medium speed flow, strengthening poses, and a sprinkle of Kundalini yoga.  Get ready to increase Endorphins and decrease Cortisol.  

Dates:  May 3, 10, 17, 31 

Location: Fox River Middle School Room 201 ( 921 W. Main St. Waterford, WI) 

Time: 9:00-10:00AM 

Cost:  $30 for the session OR $10 drop in 

Limited spots available.  Register online.  

Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
