Family YOGA

A wonderful opportunity for family members of all ages to bond using playful partner yoga poses, balancing games, and mindfulness practice.  


Dates: 
Sunday, March 16th 9-9:45AM
Wednesdays, April 2, 9, 16, 23  6-6:45PM



Location: Fox River Middle School Room 201  (921 W. Main St. Waterford, WI)

Cost: Drop In $5.00 per individual or entire session for $ 20.00 per individual (kids 2 and under are free no need to register them) 

EACH PERSON MUST BE SIGNED UP. If you need help registering please contact the Recreation Department.  You can also drop in the day of and pay.  However, you will need to have exact cash.  $5.00 per individual in your family.  

If you have a yoga mat or towel please bring it along with a water bottle.
