This will be a 30 minute class.  

Kids will be introduced to the benefits of mind, body, and movement through fun, simplified, and upbeat yoga sequences.  

If you have a towel or yoga mat please bring one.  Feel free to bring a water bottle too.  

PARENTS/GUARDIANS PLEASE STAY AND FEEL FREE TO JOIN IN.  LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE.  

Cost:  ADULTS ARE FREE!   KIDS ARE $5.00 A CLASS OR $32.00 FOR 8 CLASSES
