Kids YOGA
This will be a 30 minute class.
Kids will be introduced to the benefits of mind, body, and movement through fun, simplified, and upbeat yoga sequences.
If you have a towel or yoga mat please bring one. Feel free to bring a water bottle too.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS PLEASE STAY AND FEEL FREE TO JOIN IN.
Cost: ADULTS ARE FREE! $55.00 for the session $10.00 drop in
