Join us to get your body moving!  We will be working on strength training, stretching, balancing, and cardio.  All moves can be modified based on your needs.  

Each class may look different.  These classes are designed to be low impact.  

If you have free weights you are more than welcome to bring them to class.  

Please bring a water and clean shoes.
