Mindful Music and Movement for Kids

Classes are designed specifically for young children ages 1-4 year olds. (Children may enjoy the class more if they are able to walk.)  In these classes, we blend the magic of music, movement, and mindfulness to create a fun and enriching experience for your little ones.  

Each 45 minute session is filled with exciting activities that stimulate both the mind and body.  

Location: Evergreen Elementary School Cafeteria (Mondays)  Ray Seidel Community Building-625 S 1st St. Waterford  (Wednesdays) 

Cost: $45.00 for entire session or $10.00 drop in 

Days/Dates: Mondays (Sept. 16- Oct. 21)   Wednesdays (Sept.18-Oct.30) No Class Oct 2nd. 

Time(s):  Mondays 6:30PM   Wednesdays 10:00AM
