Spin Class (Wednesdays) • Register • View Cart •

Take an inspirational ride while getting a great cardio workout.  This 45-minute class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up as you work on speed and endurance while having a great time with good music. Class includes a warm-up, stretching and cool-down.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Location:  Fox River Middle School Fitness Center  (921 W Main St, Waterford)

Dates:  Sept 11, 18, 25   October 2, 9, 16 

Cost: DROP-IN $10.00 (exact cash only) or pay for the entire session ($30.00) 

You can bring a towel, water bottle, indoor cycling shoes, or regular gym shoes.
