Take an inspirational ride while getting a great cardio workout.  This 45-minute class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up as you work on speed and endurance while having a great time with good music. Class includes a warm-up, stretching and cool-down.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Location:  Fox River Middle School Fitness Center  (921 W Main St, Waterford)

Dates:  June 19, 26  July 10, 17, 24, 31  (Thursdays 12:15-1:00pm)   Cost: $30.00  or $10.00 Drop In 

Dates:  July 29  August 5, 12, 19  (Tuesday nights 6-6:45pm)   Cost: $20.00 or $10.00 Drop In 

You can bring a towel, water bottle, indoor cycling shoes, or regular gym shoes.
