Picture Day Schedule (Saturday, September 23rd)
Coaches Handbook
Grades: 4K - 5th (Teams will be formed based on grade. Depending on registration numbers, multiple grades can be combined.)
Cost: $65 (Includes team shirt)
Location: Evergreen Elementary
Practices
Teams will practice once a week beginning the week of September 11th. Practice day and time will be picked by each teams Head Coach. There will be 3 weeks of practice before games begin (Weeks of 9/11, 9/18, 9/25)
Games (Saturdays)
Teams will play 6 total games. Game dates are 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4.
Game Times: 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm (Depending on number of teams)
Rain Outs: There will be NO rain outs unless there is severe weather. Head Coaches will be notified if there is a rain out and we will also post on Facebook. Any game that is cancelled will NOT be made up.
Volunteer Coaches will receive a $20 refund once the season has concluded. These refunds will be processed the week of November 6th.
***All children must wear shin guards for practices and games***
Registration Deadline: Friday, August 25th
***No refunds will be given after August 28th*
