Join Coach Kastengren for the Waterford Running Club. The Running Club provides a great way for students to get in shape, while also working on efficient form and proper techniques for warming up and cooling down. We will have fun doing water balloon relays, ice cream distance runs and catching football hills. Come join the fun!
